Positive: The location, not far from the centre of Leuven, on a quiet, charming street is absolutely perfect. Hosts were friendly and pleasant. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is good.

Negative: It's clear that the host values comfort, but not aesthetics. Everything worked but it wasn't exciting. The shower was ok.

Summary: I understand it's always full
